This awesome house designed by architects, FAR frohn&rojas, is constructed using concrete, as the core, polycarbonate panels and a fabric membrane, generally used in greenhouse contruction, which defuses light and creates a comfortable climate. Ten Broeck Cottage

This beautifully simple little Dutch style cottage in New York was originally built in the mid 1700s and developed by Messana O’Rorke Architects. The extension, which provides a kitchen, guest bedroom and a shower room, and a sauna and exercise room in the cellar, is clad in Corten Steel, which had rusted perfectly to compliment the original structure's exterior.
